1) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection Removed From Nintendo Switch eShop in Japan

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, developer Konami’s collection of classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle games, is being removed and delisted from the Nintendo Switch eShop digital store in Japan.

The game will also be removed from all other digital gaming stores in Japan, from Xbox and PlayStation to Steam PC.

The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, however, will remain on the Nintendo Switch eShop (and other digital gaming stores) in all other regions (including North America and Europe).

2) Metroid A Finalist For Video Game Hall Of Fame 2024

Nintendo’s original Metroid game for the Nintendo Entertainment System has been nominated for the Video Game Hall of Fame. Additionally, it has made it to the top 12!

Fans have until March 12 to vote for Metroid or (one of the other finalists) Guitar Hero, Asteroids, SimCity, and Resident Evil.

3) Monster Hunter Stories 1 Is Coming To Nintendo Switch

The original Monster Hunter Stories (originally released on the Nintendo 3DS) is coming to the Nintendo Switch system on June 2024.

This remastered, high definition version of Monster Hunter Stories will be available digitally and physically.

The physical version is called Monster Hunter Stories Collection and includes both Monster Hunter Stories 1 and 2.

Capcom (developers of Monster Hunter, Mega Man, Resident Evil, etc.) celebrated Monster Hunter’s 20th Anniversary by doing a live stream.

The Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Live Stream included behind-the-scenes commentary from series Producer and Directors as well as a discussion between Monster Hunter social creators.

The live stream also included results of the fan-voted Hunter Choice: Top Monster which ranked the series’ 229 monsters.
